REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds and exchanges are only available for products purchased from Clawed Nail Lounge official website.

Returns and exchanges are made on unopened products ONLY. All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the items, including refund for defective items via:

If return is approved, you will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds. When requesting refunds/exchanges for defective or wrongly-shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the products, order number and name of the products.

*Buyers will be responsible for freight and shipping costs to return and to re-ship the merchandise. Clawed Nail Lounge is responsible for shipping costs on defective items only.

*Buyers will also be responsible for the condition of the returned merchandise. If the returned merchandise is damaged during transportation, we will not issued a full refund/exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used merchandise and shipping fees are not refundable. Please double check your shipping/delivery address before you complete the Check-Out process.

We are not liable for merchandise that is shipped to the wrong address provided. All sale items are final. No refunds/exchanges.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged merchandise during shipping can be refunded and/or eligible for exchanges only when we are notified immediately within 2 days of receiving the merchandise, and ONLY in the original packaging (if possible), and is unopened.

We take all the precautions to make sure the items are sent in well-shipped packages. If your package(s) arrives damaged, inspect it carefully, as wear and tear to the outside packages normally occurred during shipping.

If the inside items are also damaged contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

SHIPPING POLICY
We will have orders shipped out as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours after receipt of payment.

This may vary depends on national holidays, closures, and other unforeseeable events. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received.

We do not work during the weekend and on Holidays.

Shipping time will depend on the shipping speed chosen by the customers at check-out.

Please note that:Delivery and shipping speeds are estimated and we cannot guarantee exact delivery date.Some dates may vary based on the buyer's choice of shipping speed, carriers’ shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order.

Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

Be sure to provide us your email and/or phone number, as we may contact you to confirm your address when our system cannot verify the address provided. We will typically call and email you.

We may cancel the unverified orders if you don’t return our calls and/or emails. Buyer is responsible for any re-shipping fees if packages are returned to us due to insufficient address provided.

We are not liable for lost/missing packages, and packages that are marked "Delivered" by our carriers***Packages that are unclaimed for more than 5 days, and are sent back to us will automatically become a return/refund. Shipping will not be refunded at this point.

Buyers will be responsible for re-shipping cost regardless of previous amount paid.

Marble Ink:

No reshipment available for leaked bottles. Please refer back to our Marble Ink Product Page for cleaning instruction.

Different air pressure may caused ink to leak outside of the bottle.

We reserved the right to refuse service.
